The Special Dinner that was held Sunday, December 2, 2007 was a huge success. Roscoe Higgins and Bill Quigley worked their magic in the kitchen, and the raffle left many people as winners. Thanks to Joe and Marie for running the raffle, and to Leon for doing his usual efficient job of selecting great prizes.

More than 150 people attended the event and we had to turn people away. The menu consisted of : pepper salad, Venison soup, Wild Boar (I think it was from Lebanon)and Peas, Garden salad, Venison meatballs and pasta, Rabbit, and Venison meat with potatoes and gravy. Coffee was served also. No one left hungry, in fact, it was said that a few people did not eat for three days after the special dinner.
